FAQ's

What sash colors are available to decorate my wedding/event?
With over 20 colors available we are almost 100% sure we can match your color scheme for your wedding/event.

What other services do you provide?
We offer Chair Covers.  Our focus on chair covers enables us to provide services that surpasses the industry standard.

Do all chair covers fit all chairs?
No, all chair covers do not fit all chairs. Make sure with your decorator that the chair covers you have chosen fit the chairs at your venue.

If I pick up rented items, how long is a rental period?
Our rental period is typically 3 days. Pick up is the day prior to your event and the return is due on the day following the event. (Ex: Fri-Mon)

Do you require a deposit?
50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the equipment. The deposit does apply to the total rental fee upon pick-up or delivery. However, if the event is cancelled, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

What happens if something gets damaged or missing?
Upon return your rented items it is carefully counted & checked in. If there is a shortage or damage, you are charged a replacement fee. If the equipment is later located & returned you will be credited.

How many guests can you accommodate with your chair covers?
The largest event we've decorated with our chair covers is five-hundred, but the sky is the limit. No party is too big for us to accommodate.

What if I want to use candles?
All candles must be encased in glass. Remember, candle wax will damage linen, and a replacement fee will be charged.

How far in advance should I contact AG Event Services to book my event?
Although we can accommodate last minute request, we recommend that you contact us 6 months prior to your event to help guarantee that your date and time are available because with our exceptionally low prices our wedding calendar gets filled up quick.
